The Best Banjo-Ukes (Contined)

The top two photos show a pre-war Abbott ‘Monarch’ Banjo-Uke (c.1928).









The middle two photos are of an Abbott ‘Monarch’ made by Abbott in London for Rushworth & Dreaper in Liverpool, whose name is on the small white circular inlay at the top of the peghead.



The bottom two photographs show the upgraded Abbott ‘Monarch’ from the 1930’s, with the ‘crown’ shaped cut-outs in the flange.
