TERMS & CONDITIONS .

1. Ads. to be submitted by emailing theukuleleman@hotmail.com or telephoning (+44) 01691 - 828850 (after 6pm and before 10pm U.K. time). Don’t forget to insert your email address and/or your telephone number (including international dialling code if necessary).
2. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF WORDS per Ad. = 30 (Excluding name, address, telephone no. and/or email) .
3. Multiple Ads. for the same item or items will not be accepted.
4. Ads. will be inserted into the‘CLASSIFIED ADVERTS’ as soon as possible after being received (which may take several days). Ads. will be inserted in order of receipt, with the newest Ads placed at the top.
5. Ads. will appear for SIX MONTHS from the date of insertion.
6. Each Ad. will end with a date (day/month/year in brackets) indicating the date of REMOVAL of that Ad. from the ‘CLASSIFIED ADVERTS’.
7. ‘The Ukulele Man’ reserves the right to refuse to publish Ads. submitted for publication in the ‘CLASSIFIED ADVERTS’ section of this website.
8. ‘The Ukulele Man’ refuses to accept any liability whatsoever for any disputes that may arise between Third Parties as a result of Ads. published in the‘CLASSIFIED ADVERTS’ section of this web site.
9. It is the sole responsibility of all senders of Ads. for insertion into the ‘CLASSIFIED ADVERTS’ section of this website to have read, understood, and agreed to, all the TERMS & CONDITIONS set out above, prior to submitting their Ads.
